WHAT WE DID

BB Wheels requested a complex search setup. The lookup widget on their home page features all possible search options: by vehicle, tire size, and wheel size. The “Search by vehicle” tab is a standard Year-Make-Model search that directs users to the page where they can further refine their search by selecting product groups (wheels, tires, or other auto parts). From the tab “Search for accessories“ the user gets to the auto parts results. Notably, the “Search by vehicle” and the “Search for accessories” tabs carry different assortments of cars.

The store features two tire search widgets: one has metric values as dropdowns, and the other has standard (SAE) tire values. This reduces mistakes during value conversions and ensures that users can look for tires using familiar and convenient measurement systems.

Also, the merchant has decided to integrate promotional banners within the search results, using it as an opportunity to promote the second store.
