Introducing Convermax Support Package
The Convermax team presents Support Packages designed to make it easier for our clients to request custom development services and reduce the load on their IT department. Instead of requesting a quote for each task, our clients can choose a package that aligns with their project needs - whether it’s a single custom feature or a constant flow of development requests.
In August 2024, we removed the mandatory installation fee so some merchants can perform self-service onboarding. We’ve also detached custom development from maintenance and regular support. When our product was just launched, custom development services were included free of charge. However, as the number of clients and their requests for unique designs and tailored features grew, we transitioned to an hourly rate model for such customizations.
Some of our clients have an ongoing stream of requests they’d like our engineers to realize. We’ve simplified the process for them, so instead of measuring every separate task and making a quote for it, they can choose one of the Support Packages.
How do Support Packages work?
We offer three flexible packages, designed to fit projects of any size: 20, 40, and 80 hours of custom development. The hours do not expire - they can be used over several months, so there’s no pressure to use them within a fixed period of time. You can opt to withdraw unused balance by the end of the year. Choose a package that suits your store’s needs the most.
Ignition is the standard package we offer for the initial setup of our search engine. This option is perfect if you prefer managed to a self-service onboarding.
