What do you mean by monthly users?

You can see the number of unique users in your store’s Google Analytics, Shopify / BigCommerce / Shift4shop analytics dashboard.

Can I cancel at any time?

We doubt you’d like to, but yes, you can cancel your subscription at any point. Convermax Year-Make-Model Search is month-to-month.

What happens if one month we go above the limit in products or traffic?

We won’t charge you extra. We understand that you might have a marketing campaign running, or it can be a selling season in the industry. But if we notice that the growth in traffic or the number of products lasts more than a month, we will likely reach out to you to discuss if it is time to upgrade or not.

How long is the integration process?

It depends on the level of customization required. It takes up to 3 days to integrate into selected themes, and up to 2 weeks to custom themes.

Do you charge for customer support?

We don't! Even if you decide to redesign or re-platform your site, we will take care of all search changes free of charge.
