What do you mean by monthly users?

Monthly users refer to the number of unique visitors to your store, and you can track this in your store’s Google Analytics, Shopify / BigCommerce / Shift4shop analytics dashboard.

Can I cancel at any time?

We doubt you’d like to, but yes, you can cancel your subscription at any point. Convermax Year-Make-Model Search operates on a month-to-month basis.

What do bonus hours of custom onboarding mean?

For plans Stage 2 and 3, the Convermax team dedicates several hours to integrate and customize our search app to fit your store. If you want a unique design, more customization, etc, we provide these services for an extra fee, depending on the project’s complexity.

What happens if one month we go above the limit in traffic?

If it happens once, we won’t charge you extra. We understand that you might have a marketing campaign running, or it can be a selling season in the industry. But if we notice that the increase in traffic repeats and lasts more than a month, we will likely reach out to discuss an upgrade.

What if I need extra custom work done?

Every plan includes regular support and maintenance services. For any customizations, additional changes, or new features, we will provide you with a quote based on the extent of the work needed.
