Do I have to sign a contract?
You don't. Convermax is month-to-month. We doubt that you'll want to leave, but if you do, you can cancel at any time.
Do you charge for customer support?
No, we don't. Even if you decide to redesign or re-platform your site, we will take care of any and all search changes for you.
What if I have an unexpected spike in traffic?
We won't charge you any extra. We understand that you might have a marketing campaign running, or that it might be Black Friday or some other high-traffic season for your industry. However if a spike lasts more than a month, we will probably get in touch with you to discuss if it is time to upgrade or not.
How are unique visitors counted?
We track customers with a randomly-generated long-living cookie, which allows us to know whether he or she returns to your site at a later time. But if customer switches browsers or devices, we won't be able to recognize them as a returning customer.
How long does it take to get a new search site up and running?
Usually we have a first demo ready for review within 2 days. Complete setup requires several iterations and can take up to 2-3 weeks.
