What do you mean by monthly users?
Monthly users refer to the number of unique visitors to your store, and you can track this in your store’s Google Analytics, Shopify / BigCommerce / Shift4shop analytics dashboard.
What happens if we go above the traffic limit in one month?
If it happens once, we won’t charge you extra. We understand that you might have a marketing campaign running, or it can be a selling season in the industry. But if we notice that the increase in traffic repeats and lasts more than a month, we will likely reach out to discuss an upgrade.
Can I cancel at any time?
We doubt you’d like to, but yes, you can cancel your subscription at any point. Convermax Year-Make-Model Search operates on a month-to-month basis.
What do hours of custom development mean?
All plans have some hours that the Convermax team dedicates to help integrate and customize our search app to fit your store. If you want a unique design, more customization, etc., we provide these services in support packages.
What if I need extra custom work done?
Every plan includes regular support and maintenance services. Any customizations, additional changes, or unique features require extra development work. Depending on your project's requirements, you can purchase one of our Support Packages if you need our team's help.
