New integration with Klaviyo

Bring your email marketing to a new personalization level. Klaviyo offers many instruments to make each email more individual for your customers. But Convermax's new integration allows you to do what Klaviyo cannot on its own – personalize your email campaign by year-make-model.

How does it work?

The user leaves his email in the pop-up to unlock an offer and continues to explore the store. One of the things website visitors usually do while shopping for parts – they select their vehicle in the year-make-model lookup. Convermax search engine remembers the selected vehicle and sends it to Klaviyo. So, every email saved inside the Klaviyo will have information about the prospective customer's vehicle.

In the profile actions history, the manager can see all vehicles selected by the user during the shopping session.

The last vehicle selected by the user is saved in the profile information.

Merchants can open their Klaviyo dashboard and create a campaign that considers vehicle fitment information. It can be a campaign dedicated to a particular make (e.g. Ford) or vehicle group (e.g. Ford F-150). Also, merchants can remind users of the products they looked at during their shopping session or suggest top products for a particular vehicle. 

For example, it can be a segment based on the history of actions. Type “Make” or “Model” to find these values inside “Choose a property”:

All our customers get this integration automatically, no extra configuration or fees are needed. If the store already has Klaviyo connected or planning to do so, vehicle information will immediately start to appear in an email marketing dashboard.
