Year-Make-Model in order details
Sometimes even small changes to the store's shopping process can be very impactful. Now, we can place the year, make and model selected by the store's customer in the order details. And this feature can prevent frustration, waste of time, and extra expenses.
How does it work? When the store managers receive an order, they can see the vehicle information in the dashboard. They can verify that the parts will fit the selected vehicle. If the ordered parts and the selected vehicle are not compatible, the merchant can contact the shopper to correct the order. It will help to avoid customer discontent and product returns.
In case the dispute occurs, the merchants have proof that they fulfilled an order according to the provided selection.
Shoppers can benefit from this feature too. After making a purchase, they will see the selected vehicle information once again. It allows them to make sure that they have been shopping for the right car. If there was a mistake, they can cancel the order before the store ships the product.
The user can see the vehicle information in the history of orders too.
